Masala Khichdi Recipe with Veggies

A delicious and nutritious masala khichdi is made with rice, yellow mung dal, various veggies, ginger powder, turmeric powder, fenugreek seeds, coriander seeds, salt, black pepper powder, and water. Guidelines:
After soaking the rice and yellow mung dal for an hour, carefully rinse.
Grind the seeds of 1/2 tsp of fenugreek and coriander.
Add one tablespoon of powdered ginger and grinded seeds to preheat ghee or mustard oil.
Simmer for a further 15 to 20 minutes, after adding your vegetables.
Combine the rice and moong dal with one teaspoon of turmeric powder in the water. Give it a 15–20 minute simmer.
Toss in the coriander and season with salt and pepper.
